Residents of Keith asked how the town could improve active travel

Keith residents are being asked to help Moray Council come up with ideas on how to improve active travel in the city. The authority’s active travel team is looking for ideas from the local community on how to spend £25,000 on cycle parking, cycle shelters and repair stations in and around the town. The 2023 National Wheelchair Curling Championships kicked off on Monday afternoon at the Moose Jaw Curling Center with all 12 teams getting into action. Both Saskatchewan teams finished the day 1-1. Moose Jaw’s Marie Wright and Saskatchewan 1 started the day with an 8-7 loss to Northern Ontario and then came back on Monday night and beat Alberta 17-1.
