AKP Sugeng, Building a Muscular Body with a Fitness Routine

Gresik – One of the General Officers (PJU) of the Gresik Police, Kasat Samapta AKP Sugeng Sulistiyono has a sturdy body shape. Big arm muscles like a professional bodybuilder.

“To carry out my duties as a police officer, especially in providing excellent service to the community, I must have a healthy and strong body,” said Sugeng

Therefore, for three years he has been diligent in fitness and adjusting his diet so that he has this ideal body.

“I take time to do fitness every Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Usually after work I definitely have time to exercise. Besides fitness, I also like badminton,” he explained.

Usually, Sugeng invites members of the Samapta Polres Gresik to exercise together. So that the body stays healthy and members can smoothly carry out work routines.

According to him, a police officer must have a healthy and strong body so that services to the community can be maximized. “If members of the Police are physically fit, then the police’s duties as protector, service and guardian can really be realized,” he concluded.(yud/han)
